Method of Payment - At Garry Gribble’s Running Sports we gladly accept cash, debit cards, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Pricing Policies – We offer competitive prices for high-quality merchandise plus superior service. Most items are priced below ’suggested retail’. In addition, special sales and promotions are offered. For example, discontinued shoe models generally are marked down 20-50%, as are miscellaneous clothing items. These close-outs represent a ‘continuous sale’ at any given time. We always have a substantial selection of such merchandise; however, sizes may be limited.
Return and Exchange Policies - We try to spare you the inconvenience of returns and exchanges by helping you select the correct item on your first visit. However, we know that sometimes exchanges or returns are necessary.
All requests for exchanges or store credits must be accompanied by a store receipt up to thirty days beyond the initial purchase date. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. Customers may exchange an item (that has not been worn and is returned in its original condition, including packaging and product labels) or, may elect to receive a store credit. The store credit is like cash and may be redeemed at either Garry Gribble’s Running Sports location up to a year from date of issue. EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF DEFECTS, SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OUTSIDE MAY NOT BE RETURNED. For that reason, we strongly suggest that new shoes be tested inside on a treadmill or an indoor track prior to running outside.
Defective Returns - Should you receive a defective item, return it with your receipt within 30 days of purchase. If the defect is obvious, we will make an exchange or credit you with the same or equal merchandise. We will issue a store credit if the manufacturer determines the product is defective. We make a distinction between normal wear and tear and a bona fide manufacturer’s defect. Our staff will politely but firmly decline to assist if it appears the item has been abused or used for other than its intended purpose.
