Jane hails from Clarinda, Iowa and graduated with a B.S. in Recreation Education from the University of Iowa. Post graduation she spent a lot of her time working at YMCA’s, Recreation Centers and hospital Wellness Departments. Then, moving to the Kansas City area in 1989 with her husband Mike Lundgren, she became the Johnson County Parks and Recreation District’s Recreation Coordinator and Race Director and Games Director for the Kansas City Corporate Challenge. But after 30 years of dedication to the sports and recreation field, she joined the retail workforce for Garry Gribble’s Running Sports in 2007. Having an apparent passion for running, Jane gladly chats about it with anyone who has an attentive ear.

We love Jane at Garry Gribble’s Running Sports and appreciate her dedication to the sport and zest for life and friendly competition. Keep on running, Jane. We’re right behind you, literally, you’re so fast!
